This document accompanies the 2026 Salon Calendar and applies to all J. Joseph Salon locations. Complete 2026 calendar of holiday closures, blocked-out dates for time off requests, and peak operations windows.
Blocked Out Dates – Definition & Enforcement
Blocked Out Dates are peak business periods during which:
- • Time-off requests are not permitted
- • Schedule changes will not be approved
- • No employee or family services may be performed
- • Blocked Out dates may be added if floor coverage is not met before or after any holiday or peak event
- • Any exception requires HR approval
- • Managers are responsible for enforcing Blocked Out date compliance
